Rachel qualified as a confectioner in 1989 having been trained to a high standard. She has also achieved the high standards required by the Health and Safety Executive and also the Food Hygiene Standards Agency.

Rachel prides herself on offering a truly professional service and as she personally trains all her staff they all have a unique attention to detail quality. They are very smartly dressed in chocolate brown uniforms and will set up your fountain discreetly and then during the celebrations will interact with your guests.

Cascading Chocolate Fountains have many different sizes of fountains for you to choose from and use only the finest quality Belgian milk, dark, white and flavoured chocolate.

If you have a theme, for example, "pink", Rachel can provide a luxurious strawberry flavoured chocolate, she will co-ordinate the napkins and tablecloth to suit. There are no limits to the amount of dips either.

Everything that is used is carefully selected and hand prepared with choices from strawberries, fudge and donuts to marshmallows the choices are endless.
